Millipore India is a filtration and separation technology
company. With its world head-quarters in Billerica, Millipore India is a part of
the $991-million turnover (year 2005), Millipore Corporation, USA. With a spate
of new acquisitions like Serologicals and Novaseptic over the last year, the

Positions

Each employee goes through four training programs every year.
These are conducted at the company's training facility in Bangalore or abroad
by the best trainers from Millipore India and from Millipore offices in France
and the US. Experts from the industry are also called in. The skills imparted
vary from one level to another and include training on technology, personality
development, strategy formulation, selling skills, time management and
commercial skills, to list a few.
Pay package
The salary and perks offered are among the best in the
industry with working conditions on par with Millipore's offices around the
world. Generous incentives are offered along with the pay. Fresh management
trainees take in about Rs 22,000 per month while the technical employees draw Rs
27,000 plus incentives at the entry levels. Growth opportunities are good as the
